Meet our Providers

Dana Sepulveda is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providinghigh-quality, patient-centered care. She began her education at Kansas StateUniversity before moving to Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor of Sciencein Nursing from Regis University. She began her nursing career as a registerednurse at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado.

Dana returned to Regis University, where she earned her Master of Sciencein Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her nursepractitioner career at a federally qualified health center in Aurora, Colorado,where she cared for patients from diverse backgrounds, including individualsfrom historically underserved communities. After moving to California, Dana expanded her clinical experience in urgent care, further developing her abilityto provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Dana believes excellent healthcare begins with listening and meetingpatients where they are. Guided by her Jesuit education, she strives to carefor the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and is committed to making everypatient feel heard, respected, and supported.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and spendingtime with her husband and their beloved fur babies.
